Travelling by Road to Bournemouth

There is continuous motorway or dual carriageway from Bournemouth Town Centre to London and along the South Coast, via the M3 and M27. Fast access may also be gained via the A34 to the M4 north of Newbury. These high standard road links keep Bournemouth's businesses within easy reach of their customers and suppliers.

From London

  1. From M3 get onto M27 Westbound.
  2. At the end of the motorway stay on dual carriageway through the New Forest.
  3. Pass Ringwood and turn left onto the A338 (Spur Road).
  4. After approx. 8 miles (taking great care - newly imposed 50m.p.h speed limit), you pass over the Cooper Dean Flyover (Large building on left is Bournemouth Hospital).
  5. Carry on for another mile or so and on your left is Bournemouth Station and Asda.
